Shipping

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $19.99 for Canadian customers and $29.99 for American customers. Canadian customers do not pay any customs duties or fees when receiving their orders. 

Currently orders delivered to American customers are subject to tariffs and duties. These fees are the customer's responsibility and will be payable directly to the carrier (UPS) at the time of delivery. Stardom does not collect or remit these charges.

DURING THE BUSY SEASON In-stock Costumes & Class Wear can ship out from our warehouse between 7-14 business days. If you need costumes sooner please contact us before ordering.

The current shipping week is always listed on the top of our homepage and if your order is delayed you will be notified by email.

*Please allow at least two weeks grace period from your ship out week to allow for any delays. We will contact you if there will be a delay and will work with you to find a solution.

Out-of-stock costumes take 8-12 weeks to produce, and then an additional 3-10 business days for shipping.

The date that out-of-stock costumes ship is listed on the header of the home page on our website and will be updated based on demand.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock costumes and out-of-stock costumes, your order will be shipped out as per the date listed on the header of the homepage. If you would like your in-stock costumes or Class Wear shipped sooner please email us and an additional shipping fee of $19.99 may be applied. 

If you need your costumes rushed, please contact us to see if rush-service is available.

Re-shipping:
If a package is returned to us due to failure to claim, collect, or deliver from the courier or post box, a re-shipping charge will be applied for the cost to reship the costumes.
