Exchange and Return Policy
We take pride in the costumes we sell and want to ensure you are satisfied with your order. Our goal is to provide a simple and customer-friendly return and exchange process for your studio.
Exchanges (Sizing)
If a costume does not fit, it may be exchanged for a different size of the same style.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- There are no restocking fees, but customers are responsible for return shipping
Exchange Process:
- Email us at admin@stardomdancecostumes.com to request an exchange
- Receive your return authorization number and invoice for replacement items
Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed. If the requested size is out of stock, it will ship according to the timeline listed on our homepage.
Returns (Store Credit Only)
If a costume does not work for your dancers' performance, it may be returned for a store credit.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom costumes
- Custom-sized costumes
- Clearance items
- Character Skirts
- Earrings and Tights
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at admin@stardomdancecostumes.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement costume.
Additional Notes
- Please avoid writing directly on costume bags. Use a sticker or label instead.
- We recommend trying on costumes as soon as possible to allow time for exchanges.
