Exchange and Return Policy

We take pride in the costumes we sell. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. We have a customer friendly Exchange and Return Policy to help your studio get the best costumes for your dancers.

Returns: Returns can only be made in the event there is a defect. If you feel there is a defect in your order please contact us by email at admin@stardomdancecostumes.com or by phone at 403-917-1095. In the event of a defect a credit will be issued.

Exchanges: If a costume does not fit it may be exchanged for a new costume of the same style given the costume is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery.

There are 3 steps you must take for a size exchange.

1) Contact us to discuss the costume(s) exchanged.

2) Receive your return number.

3) Send us the exchanged costumes. Make sure you use a trackable courier service and to provide us with the tracking number. Our returns address is

Once received we will inspect the costume to ensure it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Any new costumes that are exchanged will be sent based on the anticipated shipping date for that costume. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. There are no charges for size exchanges but the customer is responsible for paying the postage fee to send us their exchanged costumes.
