Exchange and Return Policy

We take pride in the costumes we sell. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. We have a customer friendly Exchange and Return Policy to help your studio get the best costumes for your dancers.

Satisfaction guaranteed: If you are not satisfied with your costumes and it does not work for your dancers performance you can return your costume for a future credit. Custom costumes and custom sizes cannot be returned for a credit.

Returns: Returns can only be made in the event there is a defect. If you feel there is a defect in your order please contact us by email at admin@stardomdancecostumes.com. In the event of a defect a credit or new costume will be issued.

Clearance & Custom costumes are final sale.

Unworn Class Wear can be exchanged for other sizes, colours or designs. 

Exchanges: If a costume does not fit it may be exchanged for a new costume of the same style given the costume is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. Any new costumes exchanged that are not in-stock will be sent based on the out-of-stock ship date listed on the homepage. 

There are 3 steps you must take for a size exchange.

1) Contact us by email to discuss the costume(s) exchanged

2) Receive your return number and invoice for the new sizes needed.

3) Send us the exchanged costumes. Make sure you use a trackable courier service and to provide us with the tracking number. Our returns address is

Once received we will inspect the costume to ensure it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Once inspected you will be refunded to your original invoice that had the sizes you returned. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged costumes to reach you may vary. There are no charges/restock fees for size exchanges but the customer is responsible for paying the postage fee to send us their exchanged costumes.

Returns and Exchanges cannot be made on custom or clearance costumes. 

Cancellations: Once an order is in production, cancellations cannot be made. Please contact us for more information on cancellations.
