A center panel of gold sequinned mesh cascades down the front of this black tutu.  Rich stretch velvet, embroidered pale gold trim and a top skirt layer of sheer soft black net with delicate gold self-stripe, and layers of attached black hard tulle combine to create Masquerade. This tutu has a black lycra undie attached.
