Follow the yellow brick road in this costume that features a white leotard with puffy sleeves that has three layers of skirts attached.  The top layer of the skirt is made from cute blue and white checked lycra that sits on top of two layers of soft white net.  Sequinned trim and buttons add a pop of red.

This costume does fit small so please size up if your dancer is between sizes or wearing at a later month.
