This bright and cheery coat dress style costume is perfect for singing in the rain. It includes vivid yellow lycra with touches of sky blue creation.  Binding, buttons, and half-belt with buckle were added for extra pizzazz. This costume is all one piece and includes an attached leotard bottom.
